Statute of INTERIA AWARDS
Open All-Russian Competition
1. Basic Provisions
1.1. The INTERIA AWARD (hereafter referred to as Competition) is the open all-Russian competition of the private and public space interior design.
1.2. The Competition is administrated by the autonomous non-commercial organization - the Council of Experts of Interior Design and Architectural Environment.
1.3. The Competition is conducted for the professional audience: architects, designers, interior decorators, and architect and design bureaus.
- 1.4. Only completed projects of the private and public space interiors can be submitted to the Competition.
1.5. The main objective of the Competition is the selection of the best projects and the encouragement of interior space designers and architects that contri-
bute to the development of modern interior design.
1.6. The nominations for the Competition are annually approved by the award Organizing Committee and consist of professional and additional nominations.
1.7. The working paper of the Competition is the Statute of Project Submission which is annually approved by the Organizing Committee. The requirements for projects and the submission format are defined in the Statute of Project Submission.
- 1.8. The prize-winners of the Competition are awarded with the commemorative tokens and prizes depending on the nomination.
1.9. The entrants can participate only in one professional nomination. The Council of Experts of the Organizing Committee distributes the projects throughout the nominations. All projects submitted to the professional nominations can participate in all additional nominations.
1.10. The executive body of the Competition is the Organizing Committee is established in accordance with the Statute of the Organizing Committee of the INTERIA AWARDS Open All-Russian Competitionand works in compliance with it.

The application deadline is September 1, 2011.

3. Competiton Recipients Selection
3.1. The Competition awardees of the nominations are selected by:
In professional nominations:
- Professional Jury operating in compliance with the Statute of Professional Jury of the INTERIA AWARDS Open All-Russian Competition;
In additional nominations:
- - Public Jury (in Public Jury Prize Nomination) is established in accordance with the Statute of Public Jury of the INTERIA AWARDS Open All-Russian Competition and works in compliance with it;
- Partners of the Competition together with the organizers (Competition Partners Prizes) select prize-winners;
- All registered users can choose the best project in the open on-line voting at www.archiprofi.ru regardless of the professional nominations division;
- The Gran Prix is awarded to the author of the professional nominations project that received the biggest amount of awards*.
* In this case the winner of the nomination, - from which the Gran Prix project was, is the next project which secures the biggest amount of votes in this nomination.
4. Competition Announcement And Term
4.1. INTERIA AWARDS is an annual competition. The ending of the year is the beginning of the next year Competition.
4.2. The Organizing Committee announces all changes in the nominations at the beginning of each calendar year in which the Competition is conducted.
4.3. The announcement contains:
- themes (nominations) of this year Competition;
- projects submission requirements;
- - awards.
4.4. The announcements are published in the trade and public policy press, at specialized sites, through sending the e-mail messages to architects, designers, architect and design bureaus, unions of architects, designers, etc.
5. Competition Procedure
5.1. To in INTERIA AWARDS 2011 projects should be received by the Organizing Committee till September 1, 2011, as the Statute of Projects Submission stipulates.
5.2. INTERIA AWARDS 2011 projects evaluation consists of two steps.
5.2.1. From September 1, 2011 to September 10, 2011 - the Organizing Committee accepts projects of the Realization Section, evaluates and distributes them among categories. The Expert Council of the Organizer nominates projects for INTERIA AWARDS competition.
5.2.2. From September 15, 2011 to October 1, 2011
the Professional Jury, Public Jury and the Council
of Experts of Interior Design and Architectural Environment together with the partners of the Competition select the winners of the INTERIA AWARDS competition and resume the Internet
voting. The Organizing Committee approves
the result of the voting.
5.3. The result of the Competition is announced
at the INTERIA AWARDS ceremony. The date - of the ceremony is set by the Organizing Committee.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. The Organizer of the Competition has a right to change the conditions of the Competition or cancel it only during the first part of the project submission term.
